I received my dress today, and it fits perfectly. I'm so happy with my choice of color and style. I was wondering what kind of wrap I can use and then to my surprise I had one attached to the dress that i was not expecting.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter in April and wanted to let you know about the awesome, beyond the call of duty, service I received from your employee Melissa. It was a last minute rush order and from start to finish she went the extra mile for us. She ended up having to ship 3 different dresses to us. The first one was not the right color(beige) but as we came to find out the manufacturer(Jovani) wasn't making the particular color we wanted(coral) until June. She offered many options to us--including keeping the dress that was not the color we ordered and giving us a discount, and ordering a completely different dress from your web site. We ask Melissa if we could stay with the same dress that was sent even though it wasn't the color we had ordered but get it one size smaller. She agreed and sent us the smaller dress only to find out once we received it that it had several blocks of sequins missing. I called and talked to Melissa and she volunteered to personally go to the manufacturer and pick up another dress that she would inspect before she sent it overnight mail. It arrived in the knick of time for the dance and looked and fit wonderfully. I can't tell you the number of compliments that dress received! I was concerned about ordering a dress on-line and have heard horror stories from others about bad experiences, but I had the opposite experience and would definitely order from you again, and have told many people about the great service we received from you. The story doesn't end there though. After the dance the dress had some sequins that had come off (it was a delicate dress that in the end probably shouldn't have been worn by an 18 year old to a wild prom!), so I once again called and talked to Melissa who contacted the manufacturer and had extra sequins sent to me from China. Melissa also did other things such as charging me for priority shipping only once, letting me send the dresses back at no charge and not billing my credit card until the sequins could actually be sent. I have let Melissa know what a great job she did but I wanted to let her superiors know what a service oriented, wonderful employee they have.
